WhatsApp ordering for a restaurant

Concept · Order Taker

Orders taken on WhatsApp while the kitchen keeps cooking

The Problem

At peak hours a busy restaurant misses calls, mishears orders in the noise, and pulls staff off the floor to answer the phone. Customers who can't get through order somewhere else — or through a delivery app that keeps a large cut.

How It Works

Customers message the restaurant's own WhatsApp number. The Order Taker shows the menu, takes the order, reads it back for confirmation and sends a payment link. Confirmed orders go straight to the kitchen, and anything unusual is handed to a person with the full conversation. Try the flow on our demos page.
