How Billing Works
Six rules, the same in every country.
Setup, refunded if we miss
At kickoff we agree a 60-day target based on your current orders, DMs or bookings. Miss it and the setup fee comes back.
A base that includes results
The monthly base covers running your AI employee and includes 300 orders (Order Taker) or 50 bookings (Front Desk).
Per result after that
Extra orders and bookings are billed one by one. DM Closer takes 5% of sales paid through its own link instead.
A monthly cap
Every plan has a ceiling. However busy the month, your bill never goes above it.
WhatsApp fees at cost
Meta charges per message, at a rate set by country. We pass it through with no markup.
3 months, then monthly
Plans run 3 months minimum, then month to month. Pay yearly and get 2 months free.

We bill by the country your business operates in. Businesses in India pay online in INR; elsewhere we send an invoice in your currency.

Pricing FAQ
Setup covers connecting your WhatsApp or Instagram, loading your menu or catalogue, and testing. It is refunded if we miss the 60-day target we agree, so we only keep it when the AI employee delivers.
Only what the system records itself: an order it confirmed (Order Taker), a sale paid through its own payment link (DM Closer), or a booking it put in your calendar (Front Desk). You get a monthly report listing every one.
WhatsApp (Meta) message fees, passed through at cost with no markup — they depend on your country and how many messages you send. Your domain, if you have one, stays yours to renew.
After the 3-month minimum, plans run month to month and you can cancel anytime. Pay yearly and you get 2 months free.
We price against what businesses pay locally for the alternatives — staff, agencies and software. You are billed by the country your business operates in, not where you browse from.
Our first 5 clients in India can start any AI employee with a ₹1,999 refundable deposit for a 30-day pilot. Hit the target and you keep the plan at 40% off the monthly base for 12 months, with no setup fee — in exchange for a named testimonial, permission to publish your numbers, and two introductions.
