What we collect

When you use our checkout, contact form, or referral/redeem flows, we collect only what is needed to serve you: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), your UPI ID (for referral payouts), and details of your enquiry or order.

When you pay, Razorpay (our payment processor) collects your payment details directly — we never see or store your card numbers, UPI credentials, or bank account details.

If you run an AI employee with us, it processes your customers' messages, orders and bookings on your behalf — only to do its job and to report results to you.

Why we collect it

We use your details to fulfil your order or enquiry: to send payment receipts, order confirmations, onboarding and project updates, to link referral rewards, and to reply to your messages.

Referral emails are sent to you because you hold a referral code or earned a reward through our program — these are transactional, not marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone outside AiFrostByte and our service providers (Neon, Resend, Razorpay), who process data only on our instructions.

Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at reshma@aifrostbyte.com with the subject "Data request" — we respond within 30 days.

You may also ask us to erase your data where no legal or business obligation requires us to keep it (for example, records needed for tax or accounting purposes).

How long we keep it

Order and client records are kept for as long as needed to provide support and to meet accounting requirements. OTP codes are deleted automatically within minutes of expiry.

Referral and payout records are kept to administer the referral program and verify payouts.

Cookies & analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. We may collect basic, non-identifying technical information (such as browser type) to keep the site working.

We remember the pricing country you choose in your browser's local storage, so prices show in your currency next time. It never leaves your device.

Terms of service

Orders placed through our checkout are agreements to deliver the services described on the pricing page, at the price shown, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Prices are set by the country your business operates in (its billing address and WhatsApp number), not where you browse from. Businesses in India pay online in INR; elsewhere we send an invoice in the local currency.

AI employee plans have a setup fee, a monthly base fee that includes a set number of results, a fee per result above that, and a monthly cap. WhatsApp (Meta) message fees are passed through at cost. Plans run for a minimum of 3 months, then month to month.

Storefront websites are a one-time build fee, or the pay-from-orders plan: part upfront, then a fee per site order up to a monthly cap, for 24 months. Bug fixes are free for 30 days after launch; after that, through the optional care plan or as paid work.

You keep your WhatsApp number, your accounts and your customer data. Refunds, including our result guarantee, are covered in the next section.

The referral program pays referrers ₹1,500 per referred business once it has paid 3 months on an AI plan or paid for a Storefront in full, by UPI after verification. Rewards earned before this amount took effect keep their original amount. Rewards are paid only through the redeem flow, and AiFrostByte may withhold rewards obtained through abuse.

Refunds & cancellations

Result guarantee: at kickoff we agree a 60-day target in writing. If we miss it, we refund the setup fee, provided your side was in place — the number live and promoted, your menu or catalogue up to date, and hand-offs answered.

Founding pilots work the same way over 30 days: miss the target and the ₹1,999 deposit comes back.

AI employee plans run for a minimum of 3 months, then month to month — cancel any time after the minimum.

Other refunds are handled case by case. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; banks usually show them within 5–7 working days.
